We can’t wait to help you GLOW! By Appointment Only/No Walk-ins * Travel fees may apply for mobile appointments. Average travel fee is $1 per mile round trip from Columbus, but may vary by date and time.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Non-wedding appointments: Please allow at least 48 hours notice prior to appointment in order to cancel. Cancelations less than 48 hours prior will incur a 30% charge, and less than 24 hours will receive a 50% charge. Wedding Cancelation Schedule: 60+ days notice will receive a full refund of the deposit 30-59 days notice will forfeit the deposit 14-29 days notice will incur a 50% charge 7-13 days notice will incur a 75% charge Less than 7 days notice will incur a 100% charge. All appointments: No-show/No-calls will be responsible for the full rate and may be blocked from future bookings.
